The hotel offers free airport shuttle. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location near city center. Secure access elevator with room key card. Ms. Tiara at reception was welcoming and friendly. Welcome drink and borrowing bowls for dinner available. Points for food place.

There is noise from a nearby nite club, which can be a disturbance for light sleepers.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness of the rooms, the friendly and helpful staff, and the convenient location near the city center and traditional market. The hotel facilities were excellent and we appreciated the secure access elevator with room key card. Additionally, the hotel provided a free shuttle to the airport, which was a great solution for travelers. We would like to especially thank receptionist Ms. Tiara for her warm smile and helpfulness. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

My New Year at this hotel was surprisingly amazing! I loved the friendly staff who were extremely helpful throughout our stay. The best part about the hotel is its location, which is very close to the city center and offers free airport shuttle service. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and we were greeted with welcome drinks at our arrival. we had access to the elevator using our room key card, adding an extra layer of security.
The noise level was a bit high due to nearby nite club, and the traditional market was in close proximity, which made the surrounding area somewhat busy. , there was no phone in our room which could be an issue in case of an emergency.

The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service from the airport which was a huge help during our city trip. It was conveniently located just 10 minutes away from the city center and near popular food spots. the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We also appreciated the secure access elevator using a room key card.
the bathroom was old-fashioned and rather unclean, the floors felt sticky.
